Lisa joined Goodwill’s Board of Directors in 2014. She currently serves as president of the board and chair of the governance committee. An attorney who works in the public sector as a judicial case manager for Berkshire Probate and Family Court, Lisa resides in Lenox with her husband, Kevin.

Garry, a member of the board of directors since 2021, currently serves as its vice president. His career has included positions as chief information officer for the city of Boise, Idaho, interim director of Boise Air Terminal and board chair of Idaho Youth Ranch. Garry previously served as board chair for Goodwill Industries of San Bernardino and Goodwill Industries of Silicon Valley in California. He resides in Lenox with his wife, Helen.

Jennifer joined Goodwill’s board in 2018. She is a partner at Cain Hibbard & Myers PC, where she brings expertise, experience and compassion to all of her work, and has become a leading expert in guardianship law, an area of special importance in the community. She also serves on the Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center Board of Directors. Jennifer resides in Lenox with her husband, Rick, and their children, Lexi and Miles.

Heather has been a Goodwill board member since 2017. She currently serves as interim treasurer and is a member of the finance committee. A licensed CPA, Heather is employed as a claims manager at Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America, a Guardian Company. She resides in Lanesborough with her husband, Bruce.

Brian, who joined the board in 2013, is a chartered retirement planning counselor and financial advisor at Greylock Investment Group. In addition to serving on Goodwill’s board, he is board chair of the Adams-Cheshire Educational Partnership. He is a coach and past president of the board of directors for the Adams/Cheshire Little League; has served as a member of the Adams-Cheshire Regional School District school committee and the Cheshire Elementary School advisory council, and was treasurer of the Berkshire Creative Economy council. Brian is a lifelong resident of Berkshire County and resides in Cheshire with his wife, Laurie, and three children.

Len joined Goodwill’s board in 2016. He retired from Kay Bee Toys in 2008, following 38 years of service. Len resides in Pittsfield with his wife, Melissa, and their two dogs, Griffin and Oreo.

Former two-time board President. She has been practicing law in Berkshire County for over 38 years. She was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. She takes great pride in her Caribbean/Latin heritage and her close family ties to the beautiful island of Curacao. She graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York and Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Phil has been a Goodwill board member since 2022. He is part owner of Massery Realty, following his retirement from a career in the wholesale food industry as president and chief financial officer at White Star Confectionery. Prior to that position, he was director of purchasing at J. Polep Distribution Services in Chicopee. Phil resides in Pittsfield.

Rev. Howe joined Goodwill’s Board of Directors in 2021. Since 1993, Rev. Howe has served as a minister of the United Methodist Churches in Plainfield, Northfield and Barre in Vermont; in Pittsfield, Massachusetts; and most recently in Brattleboro, Vermont. He is an active community member and has served as a member of the NAACP; founding director of the Vermont Veterans Place; former director of the Vermont Foodbank; former chair of Vermont Green Up; and is a certified trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty. He and his wife, Ingrid L. Lucas, reside in Brattleboro.

Bob has served on Goodwill’s board since 2021. As a U.S. Army veteran, Bob regularly meets with other veterans and provides massage therapy to veterans in Hospice Care of the Berkshires and Hospice of Western and Central Massachusetts. He volunteers his services as a trained Reiki practitioner, treating patients at the Cancer Infusion Hospital and Hillcrest Cancer Center; has provided services for the reintegration program at the House of Corrections in Pittsfield, and works with Volunteers in Medicine in Great Barrington. Prior to his numerous volunteer activities, Bob worked as a special education teacher in the Pittsfield school system. He has served on the boards of the Christian Center and Habitat for Humanity, and currently serves on the Human Rights Commission in Pittsfield. Bob is a lifelong resident of Pittsfield, where he lives with his wife, Vicky Smith.
